  • Do not eat a lot of junk foods. These do not give you the nutrition you need to have nice skin.

Treatment Options

There are topical treatments for acne, but sometimes these treatments will not work on cystic acne. You may have to turn to prescription medications such as oral antibiotics or isotretinoin. In the most severe of case surgery might be recommended
