So you want to get rid of your Acne – and want to know if the Acne No More book works?

Well, I will have the answer for you in just a second, but first, here is my story.

I never really suffered from spots badly through school it was when I started collage that it became a problem.

It started on my back at first but literally I would say over the course of about two to three months it had spread up my neck and up both sides of my face quite badly.

I had tried to my knowledge everything.

However one July afternoon I was up in my room searching internet forums for some tips on how to reduce my acne when I noticed a lot of praise being placed on a new book called Acne No More, so I thought I would give it ago.

I wasn’t overly optimistic, but was pleasantly surprised at the information on available.

One of the many things I learned from this book was that poor hygiene is not a cause of breakouts of Acne on the skin. Which I was very surprised about because I always thought that it was a primary factor in acne breakouts.

Acne breakouts are in fact caused by a combination of dead cells and oil being brought up from underneath the skin. Which of course makes it impossible to wash away.

However it does state that it is still very important to wash the surface at least twice a day with good soap to reduce the risk of spreading bacteria which of course encourages the acne to spread.

And this is just one of many questions you will have answered.

Two months ago I started with this book and its results are very pleasing to the eye.

I would say that my acne has pretty much gone bar the odd spot but at the rate this has been working for me I think I’ll be completely clear by the end of the month.

I think it’s important with this book to give it time and to work at it because it won’t happen over night but in my view its definitely worth giving a go!
